Theo Bredell – Partner and Veterinary Surgeon
I qualified in 1989 from the University of Pretoria's Onderstepoort campus and served as a state veterinarian in Upington, South Africa, as part of my national service. I joined Bethlehem Animal Hospital in October 1990 and became a partner in 1991. I joined Medivet in January 2009. I have a particular interest in medicine and am looking forward to having pets again now that we are settled in our new house.
Maitane Sanchez – Veterinary Surgeon
I studied at Zaragoza Veterinary School in Spain and graduated with a master's degree and a PhD. I decided to come to England to gain more experience in veterinary practice and have been working as a vet for the last 7 years. My main interests are soft tissue surgery and oncology. I live in Cambridge with my husband.
Gianmarco Cornacchini – Veterinary Surgeon
I qualified in 2013 with a Laurea Magistrale a Ciclo Unico and studied in Puglia, Italy. Before joining Medivet, I worked in a veterinary clinic in Rome. I am particularly interested in orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, trekking, running, reading books and listening to music.
Jade Greenhow – Student Veterinary Nurse
I became a patient care assistant here in June 2011 after initially being a part-time client care assistant. I also have a National Diploma in Animal Management. I have two boxer dogs called Lemmy and Amber and two rabbits called Bollinger and Malibu.
Tamara Pinder – Patient Care Assistant
Before joining Medivet as a patient care assistant in March 2013, I volunteered and worked as a receptionist at the Biggleswade branch. I hope to qualify as an veterinary nurse during my time here.
Sue Roach – Client Care Assistant
I joined Medivet in March 2010. I have three cats called Ziggy Wigpig, Porky and Honey, a bearded dragon in the family called Denzil and a tank of fish. In my spare time I do a lot of cat-sitting!
Lucy Young– Client Care Assistant
I have three guinea pigs called Alvin, Simon and Theodore. I also have a pony called Star who is semi-retired at 31 years. I enjoy horse riding and spending lots of time with my horses.
Claire Olivier – Client Care Assistant
Before joining Medivet as a Client Care Assistant, I worked in accounts payable. I enjoy the interaction with animals and the administrative side of my role. I have two cats of my own called Boots and Rosie. In my spare time I enjoy walking and socialising.
