Nik Kwint - Partner and Veterinary Surgeon

I graduated from Onderstepoort Veterinary University in Pretoria, South Africa, in December 2002. I joined Medivet Hendon in June 2006 primarily as a night vet, which allowed me to learn more and become passionate about surgery and critical care. I have been working at Hockley since January 2008, and love being part of an exceptionally capable and compassionate team. Working at Hockley is also allowing me to develop in my key interest, surgery.

Before starting with Medivet I worked for Sainbury for 8 and a half years. During my time there I also gained a qualification in Animal Science at college. I have wanted to work with animals for as long as I can remember and during this time I have tried to gain experience with as many different animals as I can. I know this is the right career for me and can't wait for the future.
