Veterinary Surgeons

Tunde KissTunde Kiss - Head Veterinary Surgeon

Born in Romania, I lived there until I finished Veterinary training in Timisoara. Prior to that, I attended a bilingual Romanian-Hungarian school for 12 years. After graduating, I moved to the UK and started my career as a locum. Between locum positions, I also spent some time in Termoli, Italy, where I worked as a vet and assistant manager of D'Addavio's dog shelter. This is where I found my lovely dog, Kleo!  My fiance and I also have a very handsome rescue iguana, named Joenails by one of my nurses. When not working, I love spending my time in good company, travelling, cooking, watching motor racing and playing sport.

David Iturregui - VetDavid Iturregui - Veterinary Surgeon

I completed my degree in Veterinary Science from the University of Santiago de Compostela in Spain. Before joining Medivet, I worked with farm animals in Spain and as a TB tester here in England. I have a special interest in surgery and look forward to furthering my skills in veterinary medicine. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family as well as practicing sports.

Nursing Team

Hayley BennettHayley Bennett – Head Veterinary Nurse

I became a qualified veterinary nurse in 2008. After qualifying I worked at various local practices to gain experience, before deciding to become a mobile veterinary nurse. I started as a full time member of staff with Medivet in February 2016. In 2015, I went on a working trip to Africa which involved working with lions, giraffes, elephants, cheetahs and wild dog pups. At home I have a horse, cocker spaniel, two cats, a rabbit and two tortoises. Outside of work I enjoy socialising with friends and family, going on bike rides, swimming, riding my horse and I'm also a bit of an adrenaline junkie – completed the world’s highest bungee jump whilst out in Africa.
