Medivet Kenton is managed by Veterinary Surgeon, Sophie Stenner. She is assisted by Head Veterinary Nurse, Christine Davidson, and a team of nurses.

As well as our permanent staff at Kenton, we also have a team of mobile staff who work in several Medivet practices across Middlesex and surrounding areas. Click here to view a list of mobile staff members who may work at Kenton from time to time.

The staff at Kenton aim to deliver the highest standards of veterinary care with a personal and caring attitude. We remain dedicated to providing services of the highest standards in a sympathetic, friendly and reassuring manner.

Veterinary Surgeon

Sophie Stenner - VETSophie Stenner - Veterinary Surgeon

I graduated from the Royal Veterinary College, University of London. I started working for Medivet soon after graduating and progressed to becoming the Head Veterinary Surgeon at the Medivet Kenton practice. I left the practice in 2013 and spent a year and a half teaching veterinary students at the Royal Veterinary College in Camden. I spent my time between the main hospital and the Dogs Trust in West London where I developed a strong interest in canine behaviour. I've also spent time teaching in India as part of the Mission Rabies project working with street dogs. I missed a lot of old my old patients on my adventures and returned to the Kenton practice in December 2014 to finish studying for my postgraduate qualifications in surgery.

I am interested in all aspects of medicine, surgery and dentistry. I enjoy treating dogs, cats, rabbits and some of the more exotic patients! I am also an OCQ(V) or 'Official Veterinarian' so I am able to create passports for your pet and complete official export paperwork.

I live in London with my miniature dachshund, Coco. In my spare time I love to travel. Myself and the friendly team look forward to meeting you and your pets.

I began working with Medivet in September 2013 and joined Medivet Kenton permanently in August 2014. I have always been passionate about animals and I am extremely grateful that I am now able to work with them every day. I look forward to the next few years of studying and working towards my goal of becoming a Registered Veterinary Nurse.
