Veterinary Surgeons

Reena PatelReena Patel - Partner and Veterinary Surgeon

I have always had a deep interest in animal welfare and a love of animals that started before I could speak. I knew the only profession I could join was the veterinary world! I joined Medivet in 1996 as a part time nurse and receptionist, and worked for Medivet whilst I studied at vet school. I qualified from Bristol veterinary school in 2004, and have been at the Pinner clinic since 2006. I am dedicated to patient care and hope to provide you with the supreme service you and your pets deserve. I look forward to meeting you at the surgery.

Magda KropiwnickaMagda Kropiwnicka - Veterinary Surgeon

I have been working as a vet for the past ten years, the last five of those for Medivet. Since joining Reena at Pinner, we have enjoyed developing the Pinner practice together and training excellent vets and nurses. I am also excited to have become part of the team at Medivet Stanmore! My biggest passion is my job. I have completed an advanced certificate in veterinary cardiology and I am already thinking about the next one! I look forward to meeting you and your pets!

Leonie Newton

Leonie Newton – Veterinary Surgeon

I graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2011 as a vet. Before I joined Medivet, I was working at a private practice in Hertfordshire. My special interests lie in medicine cases, but I also love meeting people and their pets in the practice. I have one cheeky tortoiseshell cat called Nora! In my spare time, I enjoy horse riding, going to the gym, cooking, and socialising.

Nursing Team

Ellen PuddifootEllen Puddifoot - Practice Coordinator and Student Veterinary Nurse

I’ve been working in the animal industry ever since I was 16 years old – I couldn’t imagine doing anything else! I’ve loved animals from a young age and my dream of training as a qualified veterinary nurse is becoming a reality. I have a particular interest in medical disorders and the nursing care of patients, and I am always keen to learn new things and continue my professional development.

Scout Pedley - Mobile PCAScout Pedley – Student Veterinary Nurse

I have always loved animals from a young age and started working with them as soon as I left school. I am very excited to be working towards my goal of becoming a qualified RVN. At home I have a rescue Staffy, a cat and a guinea pig who I love dearly. I enjoy all aspects of my job but have a particular interest in surgical nursing.
