Meet the Medivet South Wootton Team

Medivet South Wootton is managed by veterinary surgeon, Adri Rossouw. She is assisted by a team of nurses and receptionists.

The staff at South Wootton aim to deliver the highest standards of veterinary care backed up by a personal and caring attitude dedicated to providing service of the highest standard in a sympathetic, friendly and reassuring manner.

Veterinary Surgeons

Adri RossouwAdri Rossouw - Partner and Veterinary Surgeon

I qualified in 1992 at the University of Pretoria. I worked in South Africa for 8 years – running my own practice for 3 years. I came over to the UK in 1999 and worked in Worcestershire and Kent before moving to Norfolk and Medivet. I have one cat named Karolus.

I graduated from the Edinburgh Vet School in 2003 and have worked around Norfolk ever since. My particular interests are feline medicine and ophthalmology; I qualified as a veterinary ophthalmologist in 2012. At home, I have a lovely ginger cat called Morris.  I look forward to meeting you and your pets!

I am originally from Poland and have now moved to the UK to work as a night nurse. At home I have two lovely cats who hate each other!

Lisa BlowerLisa Blower - Head Veterinary Nurse

I joined Heacham Veterinary Clinic in March 2002 and in 2015 became the Head Nurse for Medivet South Wootton. I became a Registered Veterinary Nurse following three years of training and qualified in 2014. I enjoy working with people and helping to provide the best care possible for their pets. At home, I have a Black and White cat called Bob.

Samantha Chow – Patient Care Assistant

I have previously completed my Animal Management Extended Diploma, allowing me to work and gain a knowledge with a variety of species. I moved up from Luton in September to work at Medivet South Wootton. I aim to begin my Veterinary Nursing diploma in September 2015 and once I qualify, I hope to eventually be able to travel and work with a wide range of animals around the world.

Emma MandyEmma Mandy – Patient Care Assistant 

I have gained a Level 3 Extended BTEC Diploma in Animal Management. Before joining Medivet, I worked in customer care and have always volunteered at various animal shelters. I am a bit of a cat enthusiast and also have an interest in reptiles. I have a parrot and five cats who all live at my parent’s house, but I will be bringing my cat Cody to my new house soon! In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and visiting the cats!

Whitney RobsonWhitney Robson – Patient Care Assistant

I have obtained my BSc Psychology and Criminology. My special areas of interest relates to animal behaviour and exotic animals. I have a beautiful Domestic Shorthair cat called Lunar. In my spare time I enjoy running, cooking and biking.
