Welcome to Medivet Eynsham

Medivet Eynsham combines the warmth of a small rural practice with all the benefits of being part of a large veterinary group.

We have a relaxed hospital environment with only a few inpatients, meaning your pet will have all the personal care they need during their stay. When the weather is pleasant, our canine patients can also enjoy the enclosed back garden to rest and recuperate.

Nobody likes going to the hospital, but should your pet need to stay with us, our nurses always ensure that each patient is made to feel as safe and happy as possible – be it a cat tent for privacy, games and fuss to remain entertained, or extra thick blankets for older visitors to rest comfortably.

We have four free parking spaces at the front of our practice, as well as plenty of free street parking. Our practice is also wheelchair friendly, so if you have specific concerns about accessibility please do not hesitate to call us.

We hope to meet you and your pets soon!

Appointment Times

Here at Medivet Eynsham, we run 15-minute appointments. We feel this slightly longer appointment time will allow you and your pet to feel relaxed, thus giving you enough time to ask as many questions as you like. We are experienced in knowing which cases may take longer, and will always try to book appointments accordingly; preventing delays as much as possible.

Our Eynsham vets are well equipped to deal with most cases in practice, including emergencies. However, in situations where intensive hospitalisation is required, patients can be transferred via our veterinary ambulance to Medivet Woodstock 24-hour hospital. Even if your pet needs to be transferred, we will always aim to have your dedicated vet treat your pet from start to finish.
