We have a plethora of professionals with experience and knowledge in a variety of disciplines – from orthopaedic skills and full cardiac workups, to laboratory interpretations and thorough medical workups – at your disposal for each and every case, should you wish.
We are proud to have a dedicated training department and provide personalised coaching and mentoring programmes for all staff, including management training and support. All clinical staff are provided with a CPD budget, as well as free in-house CPD held at our own lecture suite which can also be viewed via webcast, so you can fit your training around your needs.
Medivet keeps a constant eye on the salary level in the market place. We aim to be competitive and also have enhanced pay scales as a reward for loyalty. In the case of nurses and receptionists, these take the form of anniversary salary increments. Nurses and receptionists will also have the opportunity to be promoted to higher levels of responsibility. For vets, there are performance-based commission structures designed to reward those who are successful in improving the performance of the practice in which they work.
