Excellent! Everyone is so welcoming and care for my dog has been the best. Fiona our vet is fantastic, she has a natural way with animals and always goes out of her way to make my dog feel comfortable around her before giving him his treatment. The nurses and receptionists are lovely too.

I wish to thank the whole team especially Graham for the love, care and attention given to my poorly Harley today. He was seen quickly and diagnosed and treated and I was sent home with instructions and reassurance. Added to this that as a Medivet Healthcare Plan owner I got 10% off Harley's treatment and medication and as Harley is insured by Animal Friends, all I needed to do was leave the policy number with the reception team and they process this on my behalf and I get paid my claim towards his treatment automatically. It couldn't be any more convenient, stress free and helpful. I am overwhelmed and grateful. Now all I need to do is have my pup well again and all will be good.
