Thank you for all your help with Basha this morning! She was lost for almost 24 hours, brought to the Kenton practice by wonderful people to whom we are eternally grateful! Medi Vet Kenton - absolutely brilliant! Young lady at the desk (I was too happy to even take her name🙈), looked after our dog as it was her own! Amazing! Obviously pet lovers there🥰. Thank you ever so much!

The receptionist is the worst. My vet is really friendly and professional, but I don't want to call or visit because of the horrible receptionist. She is unfriendly, doesn't do her job properly, and has zero concern for her clients. I'll be moving to another vet clinic.

He refused to help a lost and sick cat. The employee was horrible and asked for money. This is shameful.

I visit Medivet as the vet Sinclair and his veterinary nurse Tanya are simply outstanding, professional, very caring towards my animal well being . I enjoy the collaborative approach in providing the best treatment for my fur babies! The team , Emily, And the reception staff are excellent, they do their utmost best to accommodate their customers and pets and always with a smile! Sinclair and Tanya run a great ship and that is clearly demonstrated, the practice is very welcoming, clean, tidy and it’s got that family atmosphere which the team have done their best to create with success! It’s the wonderful staff that make this a great practice to visit! I’m very thankful to Sinclair & Tanya and the entire team at Medivet Kenton Road, HA3, they always do their very best for me snd my animals and never fail to give me the best advice and support ! My fur babies love the team! Tanya, Sinclair & Emily are outstanding in all respects! 04.02.2025 Mr Sinclair the vet & Tanya the nurse are excellent at what they do and go beyond call of duty to putting an over protective human cat mum at ease! I don’t trust to many but I know my felines are in great hands, put at ease and given only the best treatment in a collaborative, professional manner! Thank you for all that you do! The practice is kept clean , very inviting and a lovely environment created for all! I rate & recommend the staff of this practice highly !

Mr Sinclair Owen at Medivet, Kenton is the best ever Vet. He cares for my 2 cats with wonderful kindness, warmth and professionalism. Amazing in every way and I am grateful for the high standard of care that my cats have received.

Even though my dog has now moved several hours away to live with my mum, I have not changed her vets. If she needs something she comes back and every 6 months for scheduled appointments. A couple of years ago Cookie had major surgery to remove a tumor. The aftercare was well above expected and you can feel the love and passion for animals that radiates from all of the staff. Sinclair performed an incredibly complex surgery, with my dog as the priority but always considered me as well. I have never been charged for something that wasn't necessary, no hidden fees and my dog is treated like part of the family whenever she visits. I have been with Medivet Kenton for a very long and have no plans for that to change! I hope the team have a wonderful Christmas and the happiest New Year!! Thank you all xx
