I have worked in this lovely building for over 30 years. I love to spend time with my family, especially my granddaughter Darcie. I have a Dachshund named Parsley who I love going on walks with, but he isn’t so keen now as he gets into his retirement age.

If I could give this place zero stars then I would. I had to take my cat here as my previous vet has hired incompetent younger female vets who missed a cancer diagnosis on my beautiful cat and she had to be euthanised after invasive dental surgery and finding it a struggle to eat, she was dying basically but we were told it was just her teeth anyway I digress... We chose this vet as it's local and the reviews were good enough however on arrival there is only one treatment room which offers no privacy as you can hear everything that is being said within that one room. The receptionist I spoke to on the phone to book this appointment told me he was to be booked in for a check up before he could have any treatment. My cat was seen by, Rumen Petrov who asked me why I was there (shouldn't he already now this on the notes?) I told him that my cat needed flea and worm treatment. No check up was given, I even had to remove my cat from his carrier which I have never had to do before (as the vet normally does this) and placed him on the scales, so we both can see that he's underweight but there's no mention of this but we agree on flea and worm treatment. Spot on for his fleas, a pill for his worms, so the vet applies the spot on flea dose on my cat's neck and swiftly says he can go back in now, no check up, nothing and cost me £55 I will not be taking my cat back here as it wasn't even a consultation, we were in and out within 5 minutes and none the wiser as no check up was given and I didn't dare ask as the Bulgarian vet was moreorless talking over me and basically, not listening. I doubt any new customer would want to stay with this practice if they had the treatment my cat was given, which was shocking, the vet only touched my cat for 10 seconds, what kind of vets is this?
